We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring the company's goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.
You will serve as the central point of communication, collaborating with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your day-to-day involves providing internal and external coordination with project partners and key stakeholders, ensuring all details align with estimates and specifications. You will facilitate staff assignment to jobsites, coordinate material purchasing, and review weekly job costs and productive hours. Additionally, you will lead by example in fostering a culture of work safety and provide leadership and training to Foremen to develop their talent and skills.
