About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.
You will serve as the central point of communication for clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your day-to-day involves providing internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and key stakeholders to drive project success.
Measures of Success
Success in this position is defined by completing projects within time and budget while meeting or exceeding the specifications set by stakeholders. You will enhance Marsden's execution and agility by defining, delivering, and supporting project plans that support our rapid growth and standardization across multiple sites.

- check_circleFacilitate staff assignment to jobsites based on production and job specifications
- check_circleAttend weekly Operations Meetings to track project progress, change orders, and labor
