About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role is designed to plan, direct, and manage assigned design and construction projects, ensuring the company's goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.

You will serve as the central point of communication, collaborating with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. The position requires providing internal and external coordination to ensure seamless execution across project partners and key stakeholders. Success in this role involves driving standardization and best practices to enhance Marsden's execution and agility as we expand across multiple sites.
