About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role is designed to plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.

In this position, you will serve as the central point of coordination for project partners and key stakeholders. You will successfully communicate with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your day-to-day involves facilitating staff assignments, coordinating purchasing, reviewing job costs, and ensuring accurate tracking of project timelines and scope changes. You will also provide leadership and direction to Foremen to help develop talent and skills within the team.
