We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedules and budget parameters. You will serve as a central communication hub, collaborating with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management to ensure internal and external coordination.
Success in this position involves driving standardization and best practices to enhance Marsden's execution and agility. You will define, deliver, and support project plans that support our rapid growth and standardization across multiple sites, ensuring projects are completed within time and budget while meeting or exceeding stakeholder specifications.
