About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will plan, direct, and manage design and construction projects, ensuring that company goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed schedules and budget parameters. You will serve as a central communication hub, collaborating effectively with clients, field staff, the estimating team, contractors, and management. Your work will drive internal and external coordination, fostering strong relationships with project partners and key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across multiple sites.

- check_circlePartner with Estimation team to review project budgets, timelines, and specifications
- check_circleCoordinate purchasing of materials and review weekly job costs and productive hours
- check_circleCommunicate with General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors regarding project status
- check_circleCoordinate with Drafting department on drawing requirements and material needs
- check_circleFacilitate staff assignment to jobsites based on production and job specifications
- check_circleAttend weekly Operations Meetings to address job costs, completion percentages, and change orders
- check_circleUpdate leadership on known issues, delays, potential damages, and legal involvement
