TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Asheville, North Carolina. This part-time opportunity (2 days/weekends) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, offering excellent support, training, autonomy, and earning potential. You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver exceptional care during life's pivotal moments.

The medical practice is part of TeamACO, a dedicated long-term Accountable Care Organization participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Clinicians may receive a portion of the shared savings if certain criteria are met. Additionally, the Medical Director Leadership Academy (MDLA) positions you for success in quality improvement initiatives and collaboration with facility leadership. This best-in-class educational program is not provided by any other organizations practicing post-acute medicine.
