We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. In this role, you will support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs. You will implement personal care plans that focus on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
Your work will involve a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care. A unique aspect of this position is the opportunity to follow residents throughout their care, working alongside an onsite physicians group dedicated solely to serving Erickson Senior Living residents.
