We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with weekday availability to join our team. In this role, you will be part of the residents' journey throughout their continuum of care, supporting them in all aspects of daily living. You will provide person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs, implementing personal care plans that focus on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.\n Your work will involve a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed throughout their care, while also working with our onsite physicians group dedicated solely to serving Erickson Senior Living residents. This position offers the unique opportunity to follow residents throughout their care, fostering a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
