This position serves as the operational and clinical leader of the pharmacy department, responsible for overseeing daily workflows and ensuring the highest level of customer service for patients, providers, and partners. The role goes beyond prescription accuracy to actively model empathy and care, delivering a distinctive and joyful patient experience. You will act as a bridge between clinical needs and operational efficiency, managing everything from inventory and asset protection to complex third-party billing issues.
In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity. You are expected to champion empathy, identify patient needs proactively, and ensure that every interaction reflects the company's service traits. The position requires close collaboration with physicians, health professionals, and Local Specialty Pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive care. You will also serve as a mentor and coach to your team, ensuring they are trained in contractual requirements, adverse event reporting, and clinical management.
