Join a thriving Pediatric Ophthalmology group in a coastal community known for its beautiful beaches, local wineries, and vibrant outdoor lifestyle. The practice is currently booking out through the next year, offering immediate productivity from day one. As one of 12 ophthalmologists within the group, you will join a supportive team with a robust infrastructure, including two scribes, three technicians, three exam rooms per provider, and dedicated research and photography support.
The role features a balanced schedule of four 8-hour days, totaling 36 patient hours weekly. Your week will consist of clinic duties Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) with one dedicated day for surgery. Call responsibilities are manageable at a 1:12 ratio, with residents handling the first and second rounds, placing you on the third round.
