The Terraces of Boise is a HumanGood community nationally rated as the 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care by U.S. News & World Report. At HumanGood, we are driven by purpose—reimagining senior living and creating communities where older adults can thrive. We are continually growing and always interested in connecting with talented individuals who want to be part of our team.
We are looking for talented Wait Staff to join our dining team. In this role, you will be the face of our dining experience, greeting residents and guests promptly, informing them of daily specials, and making recommendations. You will work closely with the team to set up and operate the trayline, serve food, and maintain the cleanliness of food service and dining areas. Your presence will help residents realize their full human potential by ensuring their dining needs are met with care and attention.
While this posting reflects ongoing opportunities across our organization rather than a single immediate opening, we encourage you to apply to join our talent network. By applying, you will be considered for new roles as they become available that match your skills and interests. Applications submitted here will be kept on file for up to one year. We also encourage you to apply directly to any current openings that fit your qualifications.
HumanGood supports team members just as they support residents. Here, you will have real opportunities to grow in your career, gain leadership skills, and develop personally. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider qualified applicants regardless of background. For further information regarding your rights, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor.
