About the Role
As an Overnight LPN, you will provide compassionate clinical care, wellness monitoring, and support to our residents. This role exists to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort during the night shift. You will be the vital link in the care continuum, responding to emergencies, administering medications, and collaborating with caregivers and families to uphold individualized wellness plans. It is an opportunity to grow as a Wellness Nurse while fostering a positive, compassionate community culture.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform ongoing resident assessments including monitoring vital signs and changes in physical or cognitive status
- check_circleAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations
- check_circleDocument all care, observations, and interventions accurately and promptly in electronic health records
- check_circleRespond to resident calls and emergencies providing appropriate nursing interventions and BLS/CPR when needed
- check_circleImplement and adhere to infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols during the overnight shift
- check_circleCollaborate with resident assistants and on-call clinical staff to support individualized wellness and care plans
- check_circleCommunicate key resident updates and concerns to the incoming day team through clear, concise shift reports
- check_circleSupport residents with nighttime routines, comfort measures, and emotional reassurance to promote rest and well-being
- check_circleProvide overnight direct nursing care to residents in independent, assisted, and memory care settings
Requirements
- verifiedActive LPN license in good standing in the state of employment
- verifiedCurrent BLS/CPR certification
Nice to Have
Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or assisted living. Familiarity with electronic health records.
