The role offers a dynamic blend of outpatient and surgical care across clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center settings, supported by state-of-the-art diagnostic and surgical technology.
About the Role
As a faculty member (Assistant Professor, non-tenure track), you will lead a comprehensive cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery program. The position focuses on advanced procedures including DMEK, DSEK, DALK, PK, premium IOL cataract surgery, LASIK, and PRK. You will have a unique opportunity to build and grow a refractive surgery program within a practice that boasts a strong referral base and consistent surgical volume.
In addition to clinical duties, you will teach and mentor residents and medical students while actively participating in research and academic scholarship. The department provides dedicated support for publications and conference presentations.
