The Operations Manager, Housekeeping Services at Bell Hospital provides leadership and management oversight for housekeeping operations during the evening shift (approximately 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM). This role is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment that supports optimal patient care, staff efficiency, and visitor satisfaction.
You will lead the staffing and scheduling process to ensure appropriate coverage while managing day-to-day operations, including area cleaning, waste disposal, and pest control. A key part of your mission is to foster a workplace culture consistent with the health system's values, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding sanitation, infection control, and regulated medical waste. You will partner with clinical and non-clinical management to drive service growth, improve operational efficiency, and resolve customer escalations effectively.
