About the Role
The Nurse Supervisor is a pivotal leader responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care within our organization. This role exists to provide direction and administration for day-to-day operations associated with direct patient care, nursing practice, and clinical education. You will oversee nursing staff, manage clinical protocols, and coordinate patient care with other healthcare and support professionals to ensure an optimal patient experience. A key part of your mission is to develop and implement nursing department budgets while monitoring compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policies to drive continuous improvement.
