About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfying customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles. Your role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and displayed according to company standards. The position offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in multiple store areas, allowing you to support business needs dynamically and participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day.

Location and Compensation

This position is located at the Marshalls store in Kansas City, KS. The starting pay range for this role is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour, determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
