About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs. Your day will involve modeling customer experience practices, processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and participating in store recovery and safety initiatives. You will work effectively with peers and supervisors to uphold our merchandising philosophy and contribute to a positive store culture.
