About the Role
As a team member at HomeGoods, you are responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas. You will model established customer experience practices, promote credit and loyalty programs, and ensure the sales floor is accurately processed and maintained. Additionally, you will participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction programs to uphold our standards of excellence.
