About the Role
This position is designed to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. You will be the face of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's needs. Your day will involve modeling established customer experience practices, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and ensuring the sales floor is accurately processed and maintained. You will also play a key role in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction goals, working effectively with peers and supervisors to uphold a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
