The Memory Support Program Manager serves as a vital representative of our company, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents living with dementia and their families are met. This role is centered on upholding the HumanGood Memory Support Program Philosophy, ensuring it remains the core of all planning, activity implementation, and care delivery.
In this position, you will lead by example, collaborating closely with the Director of Community Life and Clinical partners to foster an environment where residents engage in meaningful programs. Your day-to-day involves supervising the Memory Support team, managing schedules, and coaching staff on behavioral interventions and non-pharmacological solutions. You will also act as a compassionate liaison for families, providing respectful communication regarding daily life and leading support groups. Beyond care coordination, you will manage department budgets, ensure readiness for licensing surveys, and champion a dignified dining experience for all residents.
