The Medical Technologist is the backbone of our clinical laboratory, performing a variety of routine and specialized diagnostic tests to support healthcare staff. Your day will involve preparing specimens for microscopic examination, operating automated laboratory instrumentation, and executing rigorous quality control and assurance procedures. Beyond technical execution, you will troubleshoot instrument issues, recognize data anomalies, and communicate complex technical information to both medical professionals and laypersons. This role also includes assisting with the training of laboratory personnel and participating in continuing education to stay at the forefront of medical science.
