About the Role
As a Medical Surgical Nurse, you will play a critical role in our medical-surgical unit, working alongside a collaborative team to manage patient care plans and deliver high-quality care. Your day-to-day involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while monitoring health and recording vital signs. You will administer medications with a focus on safety, educate patients and families on disease management and post-hospital care, and supervise nursing assistants to maintain a positive, professional environment.
