We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler to join our team on the 2nd shift. This full-time role is designed to support various critical tasks within our warehouse and manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will work under the direction of the Team Lead or Plant Management to execute a diverse range of duties. Your day will involve material handling, shot blasting, parts washing, and cylinder assembly, testing, and painting. You will also assist with product packaging, CNC and robotic tending, and submerged arc welding under supervision.
Beyond assembly, you will provide maintenance support for loading and unloading parts, chip and grind weld joints, and serve as a labor assistant to other operators. The role also includes logistical responsibilities such as picking up and delivering parts to customers or vendors, creating shop packets for engineering, and assisting with inventory control of materials and assemblies.
