About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This position is designed for individuals with a compassionate approach and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice. You will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes by collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and ensuring the highest standards of care.
In this role, you will provide nursing care in accordance with patient care plans, monitor patient health, and record changes in condition. You will also administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients and families on their healthcare plans. Your work will involve participating in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring full compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Join Our Team
To be successful in this role, you must possess a current LPN or LVN license and BLS Certification. Experience with EMR systems and a strong foundation in basic emergency care and safety protocols are essential.
