About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This position is designed for a compassionate individual committed to excellence in nursing practice. You will play a vital role in the continuum of care, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Your day will involve providing nursing care in accordance with patient care plans, monitoring patient health, and administering medications while maintaining accurate records. Beyond clinical duties, you will educate patients and their families on health care plans and participate in the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care. Success in this role requires a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team and a commitment to ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
