About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. This position is designed for a compassionate individual committed to excellence in nursing practice. You will play a vital role in the continuum of care, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing nursing care in accordance with patient care plans, monitoring patient health, and accurately recording changes in condition. You will also be responsible for administering medications, maintaining precise patient records, and educating patients and their families on healthcare plans. Success in this role requires a strong clinical foundation, the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, and proficiency in managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
