About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient outcomes and promoting wellness. You will work closely with a team of medical professionals to deliver care that aligns with our core mission.
Your day-to-day will involve providing basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors, monitoring and recording patient vital signs, and administering medications. A significant part of your contribution will be educating patients and their families on health care needs, conditions, and treatment options. You will also be responsible for implementing patient care plans, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patients. Timely reporting of patient status and concerns to the medical team is essential to maintaining the high standard of care we provide.
