The Leasing Specialist is a high-energy, sales-driven position designed to actively drive commercial property occupancy and revenue growth. This role exists to generate new leasing opportunities through a proactive, relationship-focused approach. You will serve as the primary face of the company for prospective tenants, blending strong interpersonal skills with a self-motivated work ethic to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
In this position, you will engage in dynamic, in-person outreach and canvassing to build a robust pipeline of commercial tenants. Your day-to-day involves conducting property tours, presenting available spaces, and guiding prospects through lease negotiations and deal structuring. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor and a willingness to collaborate closely with District Property Managers to ensure tenant retention and service excellence. You will also coordinate marketing efforts, such as signage and promotional campaigns, while maintaining accurate records of all leasing activities in the company's CRM system.
