In 1998, FirstLine Schools established the first charter school in New Orleans. Today, we operate several PreK-8th grade schools with a singular mission: to create and inspire great, open admissions public schools in New Orleans.
Our faculty is a diverse and talented group dedicated to both student success and their own growth as educators. We are seeking talented, passionate teachers to join our (Pre) K-8 schools. As a FirstLine teacher, you will be responsible for implementing the teaching curriculum, ensuring student success, and collaborating with a team of teachers within the school and network community. You will be expected to demonstrate effectiveness through our Vision of Teaching Excellence, designing lessons that lead to standards mastery and inspiring scholars to believe that goals are achieved through effort.
