As an Operations Unit Supervisor/Leader in our Claims management team, you will be a dynamic leader passionate about empowering teams and driving results. This role exists to lead and develop associates in our growing Claims organization, ensuring we deliver exceptional service that delights customers and builds their trust.
In this position, you will personalize your leadership approach to develop team members' skills, fostering their growth and ensuring they consistently exceed customer expectations. You will serve as a resource for your team on insurance-related questions, providing mentorship and training to build their industry knowledge. Success in this role is built on GEICO's core leadership behaviors: taking ownership of outcomes, navigating dynamic environments with adaptability, empowering individuals, building cross-functional partnerships, and using data-driven insights to align actions with strategic goals.
