As an Operations Unit Supervisor / Leader in our Claims management team, you will be a dynamic leader with a passion for empowering teams and driving results. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop associates in our growing Claims organization. You will serve as a resource for your team, providing mentorship and training to build their industry knowledge while personalizing your leadership approach to foster growth. Your day-to-day involves holding your team accountable for achieving results, maintaining compliance with insurance regulations, and delivering outstanding service. You will address escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, modeling GEICO's dedication to service excellence. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Please note that the salary range for this role is $80,000-$125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
