We are seeking a forward-thinking and motivated Operations Unit Supervisor / Leader to join our Claims management team in Richardson, TX. This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop associates in our growing Claims organization. As a leader, you will personalize your approach to develop team members' skills, fostering their growth and ensuring they consistently exceed customer expectations. You will serve as a resource for team members on insurance-related questions, providing mentorship and training to build their industry knowledge. Your leadership will directly contribute to resolving complex customer inquiries and claims, modeling GEICO's dedication to service excellence.

Education: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years supervisory experience or 4 years experience in lieu of degree; Associate's degree with 2+ years supervisory experience or 4 years experience in lieu of degree; High school diploma or equivalent required.
