About the Role
As an Exclusive Agent, you will partner with Horace Mann to unlock your full potential. This role is designed for ambitious individuals ready to take control of their financial future by building a successful agency. You will leverage our comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet a variety of client needs, specifically focusing on helping educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
Your day-to-day will involve confidently presenting products to both groups and individuals, actively engaging in networking and community events, and utilizing dedicated support from a Premier Service Representative. This support structure allows you to focus on growing your business and establishing strong relationships within an exclusive niche market designed to increase your opportunities for success.
