We are currently seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician III to join our team and ensure the continuous, uninterrupted functioning of our manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician III, you will serve as a highly skilled expert responsible for the most difficult troubleshooting and repairs across all equipment in the facility. Your day-to-day involves contracting and performing installation, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of manufacturing machinery, building fixtures, and systems. This includes stamping presses, slitting equipment, metering equipment, and custom hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery.
You will work closely with the production team to communicate status, root causes, and corrective actions, while also coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs. A key part of your mission is to drive continuous improvement by analyzing equipment repairs to reduce downtime and enhance delivered quality. You will also contribute to our safety culture, maintain orderly inventory of maintenance equipment and spare parts, and participate in ongoing training to upgrade your skills.
