About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our gated retirement community, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our residents. A key benefit of this position is that all clients are located within our community, meaning no travel is involved between sites.

You will make an impact by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the facility. Your day will involve cleaning resident homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in the Nursing Home, as well as maintaining the broader community spaces. You will care for public bathrooms, lobbies, living rooms, and classrooms, utilizing specialized equipment to handle everything from vacuuming and dusting to carpet extraction and trash disposal. This role requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating as a contributing team member, all while demonstrating professional and responsive interactions with residents, their families, and staff.
