About the Role
Join our team as a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. In this role, you will be the backbone of our community's cleanliness and comfort. All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact by cleaning resident homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in the Nursing Home, as well as maintaining the broader community spaces.
Your day will involve using specialized equipment to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. You will clean public bathrooms, lobbies, living rooms, and classrooms, handling tasks ranging from vacuuming and dusting to carpet extraction and trash disposal. This position requires you to work both independently and as a contributing team member, demonstrating professional and responsive interactions with residents, their families, staff, and vendors.
