About the Role

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses to provide essential home care services within our community. This unique position allows you to deliver nursing care according to established policies and procedures without the need for travel, as all clients are residents living within our gates.

In this role, you will partner with residents, families, physicians, and authorized practitioners to assess needs and develop individualized service plans. You will supervise the implementation of these plans, observing resident conditions and communicating changes to the care team. Additionally, you will oversee the care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, Aides, and companions, while participating in care conferences and training new agency nurses or aide staff.

Hiring Process

Successful candidates will complete community and department New Employee Orientation, as well as department-specific orientation shifts within 45 days of hire. Availability to train on weekdays during the orientation period is required.
