We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses to provide essential home care services within our gated community. This unique position offers the distinct advantage of serving exclusively residents within our gates, eliminating the need for travel. The Home Care RN delivers nursing care according to established policies, developing and supervising the implementation of each resident's individualized service plan. You will observe resident conditions, communicate changes to physicians and families, and oversee the care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, Aides, and companions.
In this role, you will partner with residents, families, and physicians to assess needs and implement care plans. You will also participate in care conferences and play a key role in the orientation and training of agency nurses and aide staff. The position requires utilizing the Oasis charting system and bringing at least one year of recent home health experience to the team.
