About the Role

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses to provide essential home care services exclusively within our gated community. This unique position offers the opportunity to deliver nursing care to residents without the need for travel, as all clients reside within our gates. The Home Care RN develops and supervises the implementation of each resident's individualized service plan, observes their condition, and communicates changes to physicians and families as needed. You will oversee the care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, Aides, and companions, ensuring all services align with established policies and acceptable nursing standards.

Your Impact

In this role, you will partner with residents, families, and physicians to assess needs and develop comprehensive service plans. You will ensure these plans are effectively implemented by the care team, participate in care conferences, and contribute to the training and development of agency nurses and aide staff. This position is ideal for a nurse seeking flexibility and work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Hiring Process

Candidates must complete community and department new employee orientation, including department-specific orientation shifts within 45 days of hire. Availability to train on weekdays during the orientation period is required.
