About the Role

We are hiring PRN Registered Nurses to provide essential nursing care within our gated community. This unique position offers the distinct advantage of no travel, as all clients are residents of our community within our gates. The Home Care RN provides care according to established policies and procedures, developing and supervising the implementation of each resident's individualized service plan.

In this role, you will partner with residents, families, physicians, and authorized practitioners to assess needs and implement care plans. You will observe resident conditions, communicate changes to the medical team, and oversee the care delivered by the Home Support team of LPNs, Aides, and companions. Additionally, you will participate in care conferences and contribute to the orientation and training of agency nurses and aide staff.

Hiring Process

Successful candidates will complete community and department New Employee Orientation, as well as department-specific orientation shifts within 45 days of hire. Availability to train on weekdays during the orientation period is required. The role involves a commitment to work at least one weekday and one weekend day per month, as well as one winter and one summer holiday per year.
