Our fleet consists of well-maintained new equipment, and we utilize ELDs for seamless in-cab communication. We are looking for individuals passionate about driving safely and exceeding expectations.
Hiring Process
We offer paid orientation to ensure you are ready for the road. Orientation pay is structured to support you during your transition: $750 is paid the week following orientation, and the remaining $750 is paid 14 days after orientation. For Owner Operators, the $1,500 orientation pay is fully paid out 30 days following orientation. We also offer a $2,000 referral bonus for drivers who refer new hires, with extended pay-out options available.
