About the Role
Domino's Pizza is hiring General Managers to lead our stores and help us become the best pizza delivery company in the world. As a General Manager, you will be the head honcho of your location, responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This role exists to drive profitability, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and foster a culture where team members feel valued and encouraged to reach their highest potential.
You will lead a team toward a common, outstanding goal: sell more pizzas and have more fun. In doing so, you will set the example for your crew, managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, food management, marketing, and store image standards.
