About the Role
The Dishwasher/Bussers role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both our kitchen team and dining guests. Your primary objective is to ensure the dish room and equipment remain organized and sanitary while supporting the flow of service. You will wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and ensure water glasses are full and tables are reset for the next service.
Beyond the dish room, this position involves assisting waitstaff by bringing food to tables and restocking dining room essentials like napkins and tableware. This role is critical to ensuring our team members have a safe workspace and our residents enjoy a seamless dining experience.
