The Production Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing production plans across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities. This position is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, operations, and international manufacturing partners.
Operating in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, you will bridge the gap between domestic operations and global partners in France and Thailand. The role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, requiring you to build capacity models, mitigate scheduling risks, and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
This role is exclusively within the food manufacturing sector. Success in this position requires specific experience navigating the unique constraints and regulatory environments of food production facilities.
