Denali is the leading organic recycling company on a mission to unlock the power of unused food and organics, transforming them into resources to feed, fuel, and replenish the earth. Our work is essential to keeping water clean, reducing the need for new landfill capacity, building soil fertility, helping farmers be more resilient, and reducing society's reliance on fossil fuels. We provide meaningful and measurable change for any business that handles food, creating value with scalable solutions across the nation. Our services and products touch thousands of acres and businesses, millions of tons of organic material, and nearly every person who purchases and consumes food in the U.S.
As a Facility Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our facility in North Carolina. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of organic materials, from receiving and processing to bagging and selling, while managing all aspects of the facility's P&L. This role is about more than just operations; it is about cultivating a workplace culture that embodies Denali's core values: Care For Our Future, Climb Higher, Dig Deeper, and Stand Together.
In this position, you will lead a diverse team of managers, supervisors, operators, and drivers, ensuring safe and efficient operations that comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. You will partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive continuous improvement, deliver high-quality products to customers, and meet budget objectives. Your day will involve developing operational strategies, analyzing financial performance, and fostering collaboration across operations, maintenance, logistics, and sales functions. You will also serve as the face of Denali, building positive relationships with customers, regulators, and the local community.
At Denali, the work we do begins and ends with you. We strive to ELEVATE our employees to be their best, both at work and at home. Our benefits are part of a broader commitment to helping you thrive in all aspects of life:
Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, a generous 401(k) match, company-paid disability and life insurance, paid time off, sick time, and 9 paid holidays. We also offer a Wellness Program and an Employee Assistance Program to support your mental, physical, and emotional balance.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Advance, Lexington, Mocksville, Statesville, or Winston-Salem, NC. If you are ready to make a measurable impact on the environment and grow your career in a rapidly expanding sustainability company, apply today.
