About the Role
As a Facility Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a Denali facility, overseeing the journey of organic materials from receiving and processing to bagging and selling. You will be the steward of the facility's P&L, driving profitability while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role is about more than just managing tasks; it is about cultivating a workplace culture rooted in Denali's four values: Care For Our Future, Climb Higher, Dig Deeper, and Stand Together.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products to customers. Your day will involve coordinating complex operations, managing a diverse team of managers, supervisors, operators, and drivers, and fostering strong relationships with regulators, local government officials, and the community. You will be the face of Denali, representing our mission to transform waste into resources while ensuring the business runs efficiently and effectively.
