Denali is the leading organic recycling company on a mission to unlock the power of unused food and organics, transforming them into resources to feed, fuel, and replenish the earth. Our work is essential to keeping water clean, reducing the need for new landfill capacity, building soil fertility, helping farmers be more resilient, and reducing society's reliance on fossil fuels. We provide meaningful and measurable change for any business that handles food, creating value with scalable solutions across the nation. Our services and products touch thousands of acres and businesses, millions of tons of organic material, and nearly every person who purchases and consumes food in the U.S.
As a Facility Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our operations in North Carolina, responsible for the day-to-day management of receiving, processing, bagging, and selling organic materials. This role exists to ensure a profitable, safe, and efficient facility that delivers high-quality products to our customers while driving continuous improvement. You will oversee a diverse team of managers, supervisors, operators, and drivers, fostering a workplace culture deeply rooted in our four values: Care For Our Future, Climb Higher, Dig Deeper, and Stand Together.
Your day will involve balancing strategic financial oversight with hands-on operational leadership. You will manage the facility's P&L, analyze financial performance against targets, and coordinate complex logistics including composting, testing, and shipping. Beyond the numbers, you will be the face of Denali to the community, regulators, and customers, ensuring we maintain positive relationships and represent our mission with integrity. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to implement operational strategies that keep our facilities running smoothly and sustainably.
At Denali, the work we do begins and ends with you. We strive to ELEVATE our employees to be their best, both at work and at home. Our culture is built on a commitment to helping you thrive in all aspects of life. We believe in offering competitive compensation, a focus on safety and flexibility, and a strong culture of care. You will have access to the Ascend Employee Development Program, providing free access to over 6,000 professional courses to help you climb higher in your career. We are united in our goal to make a positive environmental impact, and we celebrate the value of working and succeeding as one team.
It is the policy of Denali to provide equal employment opportunities for all employees. We will not engage in any form of employment discrimination based on race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other legally protected status.
