About the Role
As a General Cleaner at our Marsden Central location in Willmar, MN, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for our clients and their occupants. You will focus on the core aspects of facility maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as the careful removal and disposal of waste from building bins.
Your day will involve meticulous attention to detail in restrooms, where you will clean, sanitize, and restock essential supplies like toilet paper and soap. You will also handle surface cleaning duties, dusting, wiping, and sanitizing fixtures and furniture throughout the facility. This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs and a commitment to safety and quality.

Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to speak English for safety reasons. A pre-employment criminal background check is required for all applicants. The shift for this position is Monday and Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (3 hours a week), with a flexible start time available.
