As the Nurse Practitioner for Employee Health and Well-Being, you will serve as a vital link in our mission to support the health of our team members. Reporting under the general supervision of the National Medical Director and in association with the Community Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective care to Erickson employees within our specific community.
Your day will involve managing acute care, injury management, and community outbreak response while leading new hire assessments, immunizations, and health screenings. You will act as a key partner in our interdisciplinary team, coordinating mass testing during outbreaks and collaborating with the Infection Control Officer to improve vaccination rates. Beyond clinical duties, you will drive employee engagement through lifestyle counseling, wellness education sessions, and the management of chronic disease outcomes. This role is designed for a professional who can build a cohesive, employee-focused center of excellence, balancing clinical expertise with a deep commitment to the well-being of our diverse workforce.
